AHBA trial in Van Alstyne, TX
Alamar hosted its first herding trial using the American Herding
Breed
Association venue. It was a huge success which would not have been
possible without the Alamar gang pitching in and helping. Everybody
was
willing to do whatever needed doing from moving stock to making
and
selling lunch.
We, Alan and Marie Koebke,
wish to say how proud we are of the hard
work the students who train with us do. Their dedication to driving
sometimes over an hour one way to get here once and even twice a
week to
train, help and work is what has made Alamar such a success. So
far
in 2006 Alamar has not come home from a trial without at least 1
High In
Trial and many times more than that. So far to date in 3 trials
Alamar
has achieved 4 High In Trial, and 2 Rerserve High In Trial awards.
Alamar students have also received a total of 200 qualifying scores,
with over 50 placements in those qualifying scores. Alamar is truly,
WHERE CHAMPIONS WORK!
